Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that life happens sometimes
and schedule adjustments are needed; we respectfully require a 24-hour notice for cancellations/changes to services scheduled. If you cancel your appointment with less than a 24-hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the service(s) scheduled. Same day cancellations and (which are considered 12 hours or less from the appointment time) will be charged 100% of the cost of the service(s) scheduled, with no exceptions. Should a No Show happen more than once, you will be prohibited from future bookings with Bohème Creative Studio.
NO CALL / NO SHOWS
If you do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service(s) scheduled. No refunds will be given and no exceptions will be made.
TARDINESS
We have a 15-minute tardy policy. If you are running late, please reach out to us to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment and will be charged 100% of the cost of the service(s) scheduled. We want to ensure a quality service, and time is of the essence in order to do so.
CREDIT CARD REQUIRED
A credit card is required to schedule an appointment. If a 24-hour notice to cancel/reschedule an appointment; is not given, Bohème Creative Studio reserves the right to and will charge the credit card.
REFUND POLICY FOR SERVICES
Bohème Creative Studio does not offer refunds under any circumstance. At the same time, Bohème Creative Studio Artist(s) strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If there is a problem with the service(s) result, then our policy is for you to notify us within 7 days of the original appointment. If we are notified any later than 7 days post original appointment, customer will be charged for additional service to be rendered.
